A complete construction and fit-out project for one of Al-Romansiah's branches, delivered by Technique City from structural and concrete works through finishing and final fit-out to handover of a facility ready to operate.

The works were completed to the highest technical and engineering standards under integrated project management controlling quality, cost and programme, with precise coordination between the construction, finishing and MEP teams.

Delivery accounted for the brand's visual identity and the Civil Defence and municipal requirements for food premises, ensuring handover of a high-quality facility in full conformity with the approved specifications.
