A luxury residential project in which Technique City delivered integrated construction contracting for twenty villas, from concrete works through to final turnkey handover.
The project covered installation of water, drainage and electrical networks, plus environmental management of all construction and demolition waste to sustainability standards over 18 months.
Delivery was distinguished by on-site segregation and recycling of 85% of concrete and steel waste, in full compliance with the Saudi Building Code and accredited inspection certificates.
